How does pool access work? Is the pool shared with other properties?
The pool is a shared compound pool across the Serenta properties. It is not public-facing, so no outside guests have access. Private time slots are available to reserve by the block, up to 2 hours per session per day. Contact Serenta at booking to arrange your preferred pool times.
